For a confort like at the “hotel”, a concierge service is at your disposal (food-shopping before your arrival, boat rental, hélico tour, taxi booking, car rental, private chef, houskipper all days, baby-sitter…) All services are in extra charge directly with our Concierge.

Duration:
The rental period is determined by the present contract.
Check-in starts from 3 pm, check-out before 11am. In case of late check-out, an additional night will be charged.
Terms of Sales
Booking conditions:
This booking is made with BOOKING FWI and the client.
The booking will be confirmed when BOOKING FWI will receive the entire payment on the account.
– DEPOSIT
A deposit of 25% of the rental price must be paid. No contract with us will exist until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed, and have subsequently confirmed your booking.
– PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance of the payment must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. If BOOKING FWI does not receive the balance by the due date, BOOKING FWI shall be entitled to cancel the booking, claim for cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit. For booking made within 30 days of arrival date, you will be required to pay the full cost of its rental at the time of booking.
– CANCELLATION
It is agreed between the parties that should you wish to cancel all or any part of its booking, or that the booking is cancelled by BOOKING FWI due to non-payment, then, BOOKING FWI shall be entitled to the following percentage of the rental cost:
• 30 days at the latest before arrival:25%
• within 30 days prior the arrival: 100%
– Special Conditions apply for the Christmas/New Year Season. After initial deposit, full prepayment must be received for all booking types 12 weeks prior to arrival. The cancellation is notified less than 90 days before arrival, the total of the rental amount is due.
Rates:
Rates are subject to a 4% city tax + 5 % service charge , which does represent a supplement.
Rates are stated in Euros.
I hereby acknowledge having read the Property Policies & Details, Supplemental Terms & Included Amenities, which provide important information regarding my responsibilities relating to payment, cancellation, security deposits and other essential elements of this Booking. In addition to, I acknowledge that the credit card holder, who must also be a traveler, is aged 20 years and older as required in the Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes binding when submitted electronically, signed by you or once the Company has received your initial payment, whichever occurs first.
Housing conditions:
The apartment shall be used in a quiet and respectful way.
Fundamental rules of security need to be respected by all guests and no degradation or damage of the house is accepted.
Maximum occupancy per bedroom is two people. The guest count can in no case be superior to the number initially booked.
Any exception, for example in case of small children travelling with the family, needs to be agreed upon with the owner beforehand.
Subletting is prohibited
The use of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited
Guests are asked not to dispose of any sanitary towels or tampons (even if biodegradable) in the toilets. If this causes a clogging up of the conduits, cleaning will be at guests’ charge.
Rental conditions:
This contract is entered into agreement upon emission of the deposit by credit card or wire transfer. The client and his guests agree to accept and respect the contractual conditions.
Liability:
Personal belongings and valuables are under the guests’ own responsibility. Owners cannot be held responsible for any loss, deterioration or theft of those personal effects.
Insurance:
We strongly advise guests to acquire travel insurance to protect their investment in the event that they must interrupt, cancel or postpone their trip for an unexpected emergency or other reason.
Passport / Visa:
A valid passport (validity at least until departure date) is required for all nationalities to enter the territory of Saint-Martin. Children also need to hold a valid passport. For certain nationalities it is mandatory to obtain a visa.
Contestations:
The owner commits to deliver the villa in its best condition. The owner cannot be held liable for failures of operation of the public services and its consequences. Those services include: water, electricity, TV, Internet.
Applicable Law:
The only law applicable to the present contract is French Law.
Any question or disagreement resulting from the interpretation, application or cancellation of this contract comes exclusively under the jurisdiction of the ‘Tribunal de Grande Instance’ of Guadeloupe (Basse Terre).
